General Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Hair Gang Company. We ship orders twice weekly.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed.  Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. (Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (EST) will continue processing on the following business day.)

Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)

We offer USPS Ground standard shipping (2-8 business day transit time).  Flat rate shipping applied to all Domestic orders; $4 USD.  Please note that packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available.

Shipping Options (International Orders)

Are priced via designated carrier by order weight.  Please email customer service for additional information on International shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to The Hair Gang Company, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery and the package was not able to be left, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. The Hair Gang Company, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. 

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
